quALITY OBJECTIVES

To actualize the Quality Policy which to promote learners that embody the trends of  GÁLING GENTRI, GALÍNG GENTRI 

To provide strategic directions of the schools division towards quality and efficient delivery of basic education support services by developing ICT-integrated work systems and procedures, and monitor its organizational effectiveness for continuous improvement;

To ensure the full implementation of the K-12 curriculum by providing instructional supervision focusing on appropriate delivery of learning, utilization of contextualized learning materials, development of research, and effective assessment of learning outcomes to address the needs of diverse learners;

To manage a fair, equitable and transparent promotion, benefits and compensation, performance management and evaluation, professional development, rewards and recognition, succession and retirement plans towards the development of a diverse and positive work environment;

To ensure effective and efficient allocation, judicious utilization and disbursement of financial resources in adhere to accounting and auditing rules and regulations; to consistently record documented information; and to properly manage properties and supplies in accordance with relevant laws;

To establish and strengthen sustainable partnership and linkages with stakeholders in the implementation of the different programs, projects and activities of the division
