About the division

     In 2015, through Republic Act 10675, this first class municipality was converted into the country’s 145 city, which paved the way to the establish of the DepEd Division of General Trias City. This newest medium-sized division in the Province of Cavite was officially endorsed last June 2018 and began its full operation in October 

       Current, the division has twenty-seven (27) elementary schools, eight (8) Junior High Schools, one (1) stand-alone Senior High school, and fifteen (15) ALS Learning Center thet cater to a total of 57,57 learners. Asper 2015 National Census, the estimated school-age population of the city is 91,339. Out of this, 63% is being catered to by the Division of General Trias City.
